Red Bee Media

We’re proud to be working with Red Bee Media as our Accessibility Partner for MPTS, supporting our ongoing commitment to creating a more inclusive event experience.

Providing equal accessibility to content for all viewers is a growing international legal requirement and vital for successful and globally-recognised brands. Red Bee Media ensures audiences can enjoy live and recorded content on any platform through real-time text-based, sign language and audio description accessibility. 

Wellbeing & Quiet Space

Sensory Calm by EventWell

In partnership with EventWell, MPTS will feature a SensoryCalm space – a dedicated quiet room designed for anyone who may feel overwhelmed or simply needs a moment away from the show environment.

This space is open to all attendees and provides a calm, supportive environment throughout the event.

Getting to the Venue

Olympia is easily accessible by public transport and car.
    •    Step-free access is available from nearby stations and parking areas
    •    Accessible parking (including Blue Badge bays) is available in the Motorail Car Park (pre-booking required, subject to availability)

Venue Access

All main areas used for MPTS are designed with accessibility in mind:
    •    Step-free access to the Grand Hall
    •    Ramps and lifts available throughout the venue
    •    Passenger lifts providing access to upper levels
    •    Clear signage and floorplans to support navigation

 

Facilities
    •    Accessible toilets are located throughout the venue
    •    Cloakrooms are available near the main entrance
    •    Please note: the Grand Hall cloakroom is not step-free; however, assistance is available
    •    Manual wheelchairs can be borrowed (advance booking recommended via the venue)

 

Support Services
    •    Assistance animals are welcome (please check with us in advance for any event-specific guidance)
    •    On-site staff are available throughout the event to provide support
    •    If you require help at any point, please speak to a member of staff

For specific requirements such as hearing assistance, please contact us ahead of the event so we can advise.

Accessibility at MPTS

We are continually working to improve accessibility across the show. For MPTS 2026, we are:

    •    Providing a dedicated SensoryCalm quiet space with EventWell
    •    BSL interpreters on the Keynote Theatre stage supplied by our Accessibility Partner, Red Bee Media
    •    Ensuring accessible seating is clearly marked within theatres
    •    Expanding pre-event information to help visitors plan their visit with confidence
