Riccardo has worked in the Industry for over 15 years, starting his career as Trainee Assistant Editor on X-Men:First Class in 2010. He was hired by Editor Eddie Hamilton, which was the beginning of an almost decade long collaboration. Riccardo went on to work with Eddie as his First Assistant Editor on most of the Features he cut over the next 8 years, including Kick-Ass 2, two Kingsman movies, & Mission:Impossible - Fallout, playing a key role in helping to create the bespoke workflows for those projects.

With a passion for storytelling, & the tech & workflows that enable it, Riccardo continued his Editorial & Post Production career with work in High End TV as well, working on 2 Seasons of Pennyworth for Warner Bros TV, and also helping to deliver Amazon Prime show, The Power. He recently completed work as First Assistant Editor on Studio Canal and A24's How To Make A Killing, delivering the movie via a Premiere Productions workflow instead of the more commonly used Avid Media Composer.

Alongside his work in Cutting Rooms, he has been very active within the Post Branch of the Union, having been a committee member since 2014, & also working as Branch Secretary and Vice Chair over the years too. Along with his fellow committee members he helped with the creation of the Branch Rate Cards, & also was part of the Branch Negotiating Reps Team to help shape the Feature Film & TV Drama Agreements.
