Chris Burn is a veteran of the visual effects industry with over 20 years of experience spanning creative work and executive leadership. He began his career as a VFX artist specializing in 2D compositing for feature films. Early on, he worked at major studios including DNEG, rising to Head of 2D and then General Manager, and later MPC, where he was Senior Vice President of Production Operations. His credits include high-profile films such as The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Alien vs Predator (2004), Batman Begins (2005), and The Matrix Reloaded (2003).

In 2024, Chris joined Milk Visual Effects as Group Managing Director, overseeing studios across the UK, France, Spain, and Ireland, with a focus on creative excellence and strategic growth. He is now Global Managing Director at Phantom Media Group, overseeing operations for Tippett Studio, Milk, and Lola Post, and serves as a Board Member of the UK Screen Alliance.
