The base component of Mnemonica Archive is the masters library. There you can save all your works, including different versions with all the relevant assets. Works have a full set of metadata that can be automatically filled in on creation thanks to The Movie Database integration, while assets can be stored into typed packages such as DCP, IMF, video, audio, documents, etc. Such rich indexing makes retrieval extremely easy and accurate through filters, no matter how large the collection. Data resilience is provided by AWS disaster recovery top guarantees, with double- or triple-location redundancy.

Screenings of any combination of works can be arranged in just a couple of steps thanks to a dedicated structure, the Gallery, that collects the screeners for each work it can be done by managers, or independently by sales agents and buyers with a dedicated role. Screenings make use of Mnemonica Rooms with all their renowned power and comfort, including easy audience management, burned-in watermarks and detailed viewing stats.

No need to change platform or, worse, use physical media to deliver materials to stakeholders. Sending, receiving, and tracking, can occur within the safe environment of Mnemonica using its fast data transfer facility. Sales Agents can create deliveries on their own and request approval before sending. Every data send-out is recorded in a perpetual register, alongside people and materials involved.
