This talk explores the idea that how we tell stories is just as powerful as the stories themselves. Inspired by Marshall McLuhan’s concept “the medium is the message,” it highlights how film can be used as a tool to empower children—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—to find and share their voice. By shifting children from consumers to creators, film becomes a powerful way to build confidence, shape identity, and inspire the next generation to tell their own stories to the world.
