For UK-wide companies across film and television, the question is no longer whether Diversity, Equity & Inclusion matters — it’s how the industry must function to make it lasting. This discussion explores how a genuinely inclusive sector could operate structurally, creatively, and commercially to support and benefit from diverse talent. From commissioning and freelance workforce practices to career progression, leadership and regional equity, the panel will examine how inclusion can move from initiative to industry standard.  Bringing together perspectives from workforce advocacy, training, data, and strategic consultancy, the session invites companies of all sizes to consider what must change now to create an industry that thrives because of inclusion.
